10, March 2016: I am a bank teller. Generally speaking, 80% of my workday is sitting and to handle variousbusiness for people. After work, my whole body, especially shoulder and neck, is very sore. These months, our bank enters into bust season. My shoulder and neck are much sorer than usual. Since last week, my sore shoulder and neck are much better than before.
