11, June 2015: Brivia Group has joined Tianco Group to develop YUL Condominium Project. This is a $300-million project located in downtown Montreal on the south side of René Lévesque Blvd. It is going to open in 2017. 

YUL Condominium Project has 17 townhouses and two 38-storey towers housing 800 units. The historic Louis-Hippolyte Lafontaine house is also near at the southeast on Overdale Ave. The project will be restored as a single-family home by following every condition set by the Montreal city. The YUL development is representing the biggest condo projects going to be available soon in Montreal. 

Sources confirmed that Tianco is the first most company in China to invest in the expansion of high-rise condominiums in Quebec zone. Its associate Brivia Group is run by Kheng Ly, a Chinese Canadian who developed a number of local real-estate projects such as Le Condoval in Laval, C3 Cavendish in N.D.G. and Innova Condos in Ahuntsic. The pre-booking of YUL project has already been started in September 2013 and about 50 per cent of the units are sold. 

When asked, a representative from Brivia Group said, “Yes we have partnered with Tianco for the YUL Condominium Project. Beautiful location, reasonable prices and excellent facilities are catching the eyes of homeowners. It is true that 50 per cent of the units are sold and booking is still continued.” He further added, “We work and handle our business in an apparent way with our partners and communities.
