Dr. Langsdon of The Langsdon Clinic is the meeting director for the upcoming Fall 2016 American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Meeting.

From October 6th to October 8th, American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS) members from around the world will attend the Annual Fall Meeting in Nashville, Tennessee, the Country Music City of the world. Dr. Phillip Langsdon of the Langsdon Clinic is this year’s meeting director. According to Dr. Langsdon, the goal of the meeting is “…to update all attendees on state-of-the art facial aesthetics including rhinoplasty, facelift, nonsurgical procedures, injectables and devices and get to the truth on what works and what doesn’t.”
The meeting will provide trend setting techniques and technologies of facial plastic surgery. It also boasts the knowledge and expertise of experienced surgeons from different fields such as plastic surgery, ophthalmology and dermatology. There will be lectures held on lip sculpting, ear lobe corrections, rhinoplasty and Botox. Lectures and panels are making sure to be short and sweet, but will make sure to get the point across. This year’s meeting will be set up in a productive fashion, allowing members easy access to each room.
This year, Turkey is the guest country for the conference. Lectures will be given on rhinoplasty by some of the top Turkish facial plastic surgeons. Three days of the conference will be dedicated to rhinoplasty, with panels and lectures on the difficult types and techniques of nose surgery.
