15, July 2015: Light & Land, a premier landscape photography company, has revealed it will run its second landscape photography exposition from August 2-10, 2015. Light and Land on The Mall will take place at The Mall Galleries in London with free admission. To be open from 10am to 5pm, the Exhibition will be held in the building’s Main Gallery, North Gallery, and the Threadneedle Space.
Over 50 exhibitors are expected to attend, with works showcased from around the world. Attendees will be able to view a wide range of landscape photography. Experts will hold a series of talks and also lead critique sessions. They will include Charlie Waite, Light & Land founder; Paul Sanders, former picture editor of The Times; Clive Minnitt, photographer and writer; Phil Malpas, photographer/writer; and Doug Chinnery.
Talks will be held daily Friday, August 7 to Monday, August 10. They will cost £15 for visitors and £10 for exhibitors. Attendance is limited to 40 people for each session. Each talk is expected to run between 40 minutes and an hour. A laptop will be provided by Light & Land for viewing electronic images.
There will also be a series of 25-minute critique sessions. Light & Land leaders will provide feedback on images (in a printed portfolio or on a memory stick) in sessions that will cost £35 for visitors and £30 for exhibitors. These sessions will also be held August 7 to August 10, while actual times will depend on the availability of leaders.
