September 8 2014: Light & Land, a holiday and photographic tour company in the UK, has unveiled a tour package led by Antony Spencer of the Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks in the Western U.S. To take place November 6-15, 2014, the tour will explore the mountains, rivers, cliffs, and canyons among the fall colour in the region. Destinations include Bryce Point and the many trails which are more navigable after the peak of tourist season here. Following a trip through the park, the tour will end at Escalante National Monument for unforgettable views of sandstone formations and peak colour cottonwood trees.
Overall, the Zion and Bryce Canyon Photography tour will include treks on many walking trails through rugged landscapes. Wader type suits will be supplied for traverses through cold river water. The company suggests travelers be physically fit and prepared for full day excursions.
